Google is the number one employment business for the year 2012, according to Fortune magazine, the technology giant gives an advantage in recruiting top talent.
The Mountain View, Calif.-based company turned in 7,000 people in 2011, and employees who are enthused with the magazine about the mission of the giant technology, culture and benefits, including bocce courts, a bowling alley and talking without making brows.
The company also has a park employee 40,000 square feet next to his seat, free food with an emphasis on health and on-site doctors. Google is also friendly to families increasingly the women 18 weeks maternity leave at 100 percent paid leave.
“I want Google to work an incredible place, so I’m really excited to see us place as the best workplace by Fortune magazine for the third time,” said the CEO of Google, Larry Page. “Google the sum of our people and their hard work and devotion.”
An ideal environment for work is a central element in the tech industry, as competitors to fight over again to build the best talent for future products. Qualcomm, Intel, Microsoft, Cisco and Adobe all rank in the top 100, but 21 separate spots Google rank highest among the companies.
A glaring omission in the list is Apple, one of the main competitor of Google in recent years. The lack of an operating company of Fortune is not a lack of success, and is not to say that this is not a good place to work. But when the two companies recruit many of the same kinds of talents, took first place in Google is something to praise the company.
Google ranking on the top of Fortune is also good for the public and should work to potential customers as well as to generate.
How Google and its employees can not be easy, because it is one of the most successful companies in the world, but it may be one of the largest.
